| In February 2006, we had a new addition to our household. We found Jake at a shelter in El Monte, California called Beagles and Buddies. (Click on photos for larger versions). | ||

| Jake is a Beagle and Labrador mix, with all the energy of both breeds. He is a year old, approximately 40 pounds. | ||

Jake had been found stray in Fresno, and ended up in El Monte, and finally in our home because of the efforts of good people who care about unfortunate animals. Beagles and Buddies website can be visited at: |
